Ady & Co. grew from our own journey of learning differently. From homeschooling and raising butterflies to entrepreneurship, creativity, and hands-on experiences, each chapter has shaped the way we see learning.
Today, we're bringing those experiences together through thoughtfully created books, workbooks, educational resources, and programs that encourage curiosity, creativity, self-awareness, and real-life learning.
Educational resources that make meaningful concepts easier to understand.
Creativity and entrepreneurship that encourage kids to explore their own ideas.
Nature and hands-on learning that inspire curiosity about the world around us.

It's part of everything we do. The nervous system is with us through every part of the day—whether we're consciously aware of it or not. It influences how children learn, focus, play, grow, manage challenges, connect with others, and respond to the world around them.
The same is true for adults. How we experience stress, communicate, respond, and connect can all be influenced by the state of our nervous system. And because children often look to the adults around them for cues of safety and regulation, our own awareness matters too.
Learning to notice what's happening within our bodies—when we feel calm and connected, activated or overwhelmed, or withdrawn and disconnected—can help us better understand what we may need in that moment.
For children, this awareness develops through experience and connection. The adults around them can play an important role in co-regulation—helping create the sense of safety and connection that supports a child's developing ability to navigate emotions, challenges, transitions, and everyday stress.
Understanding our nervous system doesn't mean avoiding stress. It means becoming more aware of how our body responds to it and recognizing when we may need connection, movement, rest, support, or simply time to reset.
The more we understand what our nervous system is communicating, the better equipped we are to respond with intention rather than simply react.
That understanding is what led us to the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP)—a gentle, music-based listening program for children, teens, and adults designed to support nervous system regulation.
Using specially filtered music, the 5-hour program is completed gradually in personalized listening increments and can be accessed through an app wherever you are.
SSP can support children as they develop greater capacity for regulation, while also offering parents and caregivers an opportunity to support their own nervous systems—an important part of connection and co-regulation within the family.
The Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) is a gentle, music-based listening program designed to support nervous system regulation, connection, and resilience. The specially filtered music is designed to provide auditory cues associated with safety and support greater flexibility in how we respond to everyday stress.
Children develop regulation through experience and connection. Parents and caregivers can participate too—supporting their own nervous system while strengthening the conditions for connection and co-regulation within the family.
SSP includes 5 hours of specially filtered music, completed gradually in individualized listening increments. Convenient app-based access allows the program to fit into everyday life, wherever you are.
