ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Join us at our four-week in-person workshop, where you can strengthen your connections, understand emotions, and embark on a shared path of emotional discovery and growth through a polyvagal theory lens. This program is designed as a collaborative effort, fostering co-regulation between parents and children while providing separate learning opportunities. It's a journey of shared discovery, not a drop-off class. All materials are included.
